Acomplia (rimonabant) is a drug commonly prescribed for obese patients that have trouble losing weight using other methods currently available. The most common serious side effects that are still quite rarely experienced by patients taking Acomplia include hallucinations, night sweats, anger, restlessness, emotional disorder, panic symptoms, hiccups, and sleepiness.
